Legal basis for the processing of personal data
Whenever the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, Art. 6 Paragraph 1 point b) GDPR shall serve as the legal basis. This also applies to processing that is necessary in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract.
Whenever the processing of personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 Paragraph 1 point c) GDPR shall serve as the legal basis.
If processing is necessary for the purposes of protecting a legitimate interest of our company or of a third party and such interests are not overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, Art. 6 Paragraph 1 point f) GDPR shall serve as the legal basis for the processing.
Collection, processing and use of personal data
We only collect personal data (information concerning the personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person) made available by you. We process and use your personal data in order to fulfil and handle your order and to process your enquiries. After the contract has been processed in full, all personal data will initially be stored in accordance with the retention periods required under tax and commercial law. It will then be deleted at the end of these retention periods.
Disclosure of personal data
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties without your express consent. The only exception to this are our service partners that assist us with processing contracts. In such cases, we strictly observe the provisions of the Data Protection Act and the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation. The volume of data we transfer is kept to a minimum.

When you use our contact form, we only collect personal data (information concerning the personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person) made available by you. We only use your email address to process your enquiry.
Information on the rights of the user
Under the provisions of GDPR, you have the following rights as the data subject:

- right to erasure of data (right to be forgotten)
- right to restriction of data processing

- right to object (where the controller’s legitimate interest is the basis for data processing)

Our website use cookies. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer and stored by your browser.

System logs
Each visit of a User is automatically registered in the server in the so-called system logs. Data saved in this way includes, among other things, date, time of the visit and the IP address. Data from the system logs are used only for purposes of server administration and for managing statistics of website visits.
